| The trumpet player
for the Jump Cats, John has also provided arrangements
on several of the tunes. John has a Masters in Music
Education from the University of Indianapolis and has
studied with local greats such as Jim Edison, Delbert
Dale and Bill Adam. John was the band director for 20
years at Maxwell Middle School. He writes horn
arrangements so hot that it’ll curl your toes. His
blistering solos show him to be among Indy’s best horn
players.
